RETURNS POLICY

Due t everything being custom made, we do not accept returns*, only exchanges. There is a size guide on each listing to help choose the right size for you, and pinned on my TikTok is a video of me trying on every size to help you visualise the sizing!*Unless the item is faulty

SIZING

There is a size guide on every listing with measurements and UK Equivalent sizes - please note that they tend to come up bigger, so don't feel the need to size up massively for a cosy, oversized fit!

UK SHIPPING

As everything is made to order it can take longer, typically 10-14 business days to be shipped, and then everything is shipped Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, and you will receive updates provided you have filled in you email address at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note we do not ship international from this website, however we do via our Etsy @hattiescreationsshop

Behind the Creations

Hey! I'm Hattie, and I'm the creator of Hattie's Creations.

I'm a 24 year old Musical theatre graduate from the countryside around Milton Keynes.

I've always been a creative person. As a kid I loved all arts and crafts, and that was a passion I've taken forwards into my adult life. It transpired into a love of acting and musical theatre, and I went on to study Performing Arts at drama school in Brighton. I still love everything about acting, but during the pandemic I found a second passion I wanted to pursue alongside acting.
