RETURNS POLICY
For all the items embroidered to order, (hoodies, jumpers, t-shirts, totes, hats, the initial book/kindle sleeves etc...) these are non-returnable* due to their custom made nature. We can accept exchanges only.
*Unless the item is faulty
For all other non made to order items, (bookmarks, keychains, vases, necklaces, book/kindle sleeves etc...) these are fully returnable within 14 days upon receiving the item.
SIZING
There is a size guide on every listing with measurements and UK equivalent sizes - please note that they tend to come up big, so don't feel the need to size up massively for a cosy, oversized fit!
UK SHIPPING
As everything is made to order it can to order it takes 10-14 business days (business days are Monday to Friday) to be shipped, and then everything is shipped Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked, and you will receive updates provided you have filled in you email address at checkout. Please note during busy periods this may increase, but this will be indicated by a pop up as you enter the website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note we do not ship international from this website, however we ship to some international locations via our Etsy @hattiescreationsshop. We cannot ship to the EU or EEA.

Behind the Creations
Hey! I'm Hattie, and I'm the creator of Hattie's Creations.
I'm a 25 year old Musical theatre graduate from the countryside around Milton Keynes.
I've always been a creative person. As a kid I loved all arts and crafts, and that was a passion I've taken forwards into my adult life. It transpired into a love of acting and musical theatre, and I went on to study Performing Arts at drama school in Brighton. I still love everything about acting, but during the pandemic I found a second passion I wanted to pursue alongside acting.
